If there are critical assembly dimensions, please mark them in the drawings/notes and we will confirm them separately during the DFM stage.

Delivery time depends on process, complexity and quantity. Typical ranges are as follows:

If you have a firm exhibition, trial-assembly, or delivery deadline, include the required date so we can review expedited scheduling.

Yes. We review each uploaded model for manufacturability, including:

• Wall thickness inspection
• Analysis of overhang structure and support requirements
• Tips for high-risk structures such as holes/slots/thin edges
• Deformation, shrinkage and assembly risk recommendations

All optimization suggestions will be confirmed with you before production, and the design will not be modified without your approval.

If problems such as thin walls, closed cavities, and overhangs are found, we will:

• Explain the reasons and risk points (strength/deformation/surface quality)
• Provide structural modification suggestions or alternative process suggestions
• Arrange production after your confirmation

The goal is to improve manufacturability and yield without changing the core design intent.

For low-volume orders, we can confirm the first article, including critical dimensions and assembly fit, before completing the remaining quantity.
